Dr Ammar Husain

At Horizon Quantum Computing, Dr Ammar Husain’s role is construction of the high level compiler to automatically process classical code into portions suitable for quantum acceleration vs those that stay on the classical side.

Ammar holds a PhD in mathematical physics (awarded 2017 by the University of California Berkeley). His thesis work was related to mathematical aspects of topological quantum computing. This was particularly in the context of the representation theory that underlies integrable systems.
